Add the ability to automatically set selected recordings to “Anyone with the link”, either through Team Privacy Defaults or an API endpoint for updating meeting visibility.

Teams that regularly publish meetings such as town halls currently have to manually change the visibility of every recording after processing. Supporting this through privacy rules or the API would remove that repetitive step and enable fully automated workflows for publishing and distributing public meeting recordings.

I’d like to have an option to share my summaries and recordings with clients without requiring them to create an account on TLDV. Currently, the onboarding process is quite challenging and cancelling it is difficult. This discourages clients from viewing my recorded videos because TLDV asks for calendar permissions which they find scary and cumbersome. I’d appreciate a simpler way to share this content with them, eliminating the need for an account. Is this possible?
