Allow users to cherr-pick which meetings tl;dv should join
in progress
Juan Rey
The current only wat to record meetings I cannot attend is by selecting the preference of joining all meetings, incluidng the ones I don't attend. This is inneficient. The way it could work is by inviting a specific tl;dv email, that way you can select meetings i cannot attend and have tl;dv record them without selecting the preference of joining all meetings.

Add "Yes, with Notetaker" and "No, with Notetaker" buttons on calendar invites/events to specify which meetings you want the AI to join.

Having it join ALL meetings is getting to be too much, and it's annoying to reject it joining meetings (
or having to ask clients to reject it
) every time we don't want it.Zita Moura

More join meeting options

As a department lead I'd like more granularity in choosing what meetings for the bot to join.
E.g. it feels intrusive in 1:1s.
I'd like to be able to select from a calendar view, what meetings for bot to join, or have an exclude list, either calendar or text based.

Ability to send your AI to specific meetings
C
Chris Manners
Currently, there is the ability to send your AI notetaker to all meetings that you are invited to. However, this is not useful since I don't want all my meetings recorded. Just specific ones.
it would be great to have the ability to send the Notetaker to specific meetings on my calendar, most likely for the meeting I know I will not be attending.
This could be useful for people that are double booked. They can attend one meeting and send their AI notetaker to the other one. or if a meeting falls outside of working hours, people can send their AI to those meetings as well.

Fine grained control of meetings

I don't want to record every single meeting that I am invited to. Allow me to choose from a list of my recurring meetings instead.

Record events in the calendar

I would like to be able to ask the AI when the next meeting is scheduled and ask them to schedule it on my calendar and, if possible, to invite the same attendees as the current meeting

scheduled recordings
Mikołaj Skibiński
Dear tl;dv Team,
I’m a regular user of your tool and greatly appreciate its intuitive design and the ability to easily record meetings. However, I’d like to share a suggestion that could significantly improve the user experience.
Have you considered adding a feature that allows users to schedule the recording of a specific meeting in advance? This would be particularly useful in situations where I don’t want to enable automatic recording for all meetings but need to ensure that a specific meeting is recorded without having to manually start it during the session.
The ability to set up such scheduled recordings directly through the calendar or within the tl;dv app could be a game-changer, especially for users managing multiple events simultaneously.
Thank you in advance for considering this suggestion. I’d love to hear if this feature is on your roadmap for future development.
Best regards,
Mikołaj

Ability to integrate your gcal and toggle on and off which meetings you want it TLDV to join without you.

Something that Otter has which is very useful if you know you cannot join a meeting and want your bot to join it, record it, and give you notes.

Auto-record Skip/Deny List

I love the auto-record, even when I'm not there. But there's some more public emails that are very uptight about these things and don't get they just have to not let the record bot in.
Could there be a list of emails and/or domains where auto-record is not activated?

I would like to have the capacity to define which meetings should the bot attend or not, with a default definition.

João Santos
Today I can only define if the bot records meetings i'm in or all. I think all is a little bit intrusive, but I want the bot to replace me on some meetings, not all of them.
The perfect user experience would be to have a button on google calendar where I can define if the bot should join or not. Other possibility would be to import the list of meetings into some new section on tl;dv app where I could select if the bot should join or not.
