documentation gap: where does tl;dv pull time for meeting time stamp and is it possible to set a static time zone for meeting time stamps?

It would be nice to set my meeting time stamps to the time zone of my home base, so things don't get wonky as I have meeting across time zones when I'm traveling. It would be helpful to know the date and time stamps for all meetings are in one time zone
