Currently, team webhooks do not fire for admin recordings, requiring each admin to configure personal webhooks individually. This creates friction for teams where admins are the primary users of tl;dv. Admin recordings are already accessible to the team via the app and API, so this change only affects event delivery, not data access.

We propose adding a simple opt-in setting that allows organizations to include admin recordings in team webhook events (e.g. a checkbox in webhook or admin settings).
