Ability to edit topic/section headers in the AI notes in line with the existing ability to edit the notes themselves

Editing/correction and auto-correction is important.
• Also have the AI reprocess transcripts after corrections are made.
• Also have the transcript regenerated after autocorrection lists are updated.
• Would be even better if editing was non-destructive and could be rolled-back.

We're looking hard at tldv as a possible alternative to Otter.ai. Being able to edit our Office Hours transcripts and share them with class members is a must.

The transcript picks up the company name wrong every time and would love to change that everywhere at once and for the future. Would be a good feature to add!
