To have minutes of meetings automatically generated...

I think it would be really useful to have a Minutes of Meeting template, showing Attendees, Date/Time, Agenda (can ask for this), and then the minutes followed by Actions which show person, action, date due (an action should never be agreed in a meeting without a date). Is this feasible?
