Currently the video is HUGE, and the space for all of the AI notes is in a narrow panel. No need for this at all - make the video a thumbnail that can expand out at the user's request, and use the screen for the notes - that's what we're all here for.

Same with the main video page. The card-based UI is really inefficient once you have a lot of videos - very difficult to find the one you're looking for, even if you've got them organized into folders. 
Strongly recommend:
A) Clearing videos that have been moved to folders out of the main video view
B) Allowing the user to view their videos in a list that allows for a much easier management of a large number of videos (optimally sortable, but just chronological would do
