This a security risk for tl;dv as there will inevitably be cases where sensitive information is shared via screen recording that could be avoided by pausing and resuming.

If I'm in a meeting it would be great to keep the recording paused until guests arrive, then hit record. Currently, I show up a bit earlier because it does take a minute or so for it to begin recording.
