Correction of problems with the identification of speakers in the transcripts
Juana Camacho
I have found that the bot does not distinguish between participants when it comes to making transcripts and reports. On several occasions when I ask him what participant X said, he answers me stating that participant X said a, b and c at minute Y. When I go to that minute on the recording, the one who is speaking is another participant. It would be important to have the ability to indicate to the AI that it was wrong and which participant is speaking, so that it learns and does not make that mistake.

If I manually upload recordings, I would like to be able to tag who the speaker is.

I have uploaded an audio file with 2 speakers in the conversation. The FIle is processed and the system label speakers as speaker 2 and speaker 4. I was unable to re label the speakers into their respective names.

Ability to edit speaker attribution

Very often TL;DV misses when speakers change. Until that’s fixed, it’d be great to be able to fix that in the transcript — and then have the AI reprocess insights.
For example, on a recent recording, there were four attribution errors just in the first 38 seconds of the meeting.
This makes trusting either the transcript or the AI summary because attribution mixes everything up.

This functionality would be fantastic in a number of use cases:
1) When only one speaker in the meeting was not automatically identified. In this case, identification should be automatically assigned to every speaker's speech during the meeting.
2) For when a meeting is uploaded, and therefore tl; dv did not participate in the meeting. In this case, no speaker is identified with a name. In this case, identification should be automatically assigned to every speech of those speakers during the meeting.
3) For when two or more speakers are in person with a single user invited to the meeting. In this case, identification should be possible manually, at each stretch of that User's speech, to manually identify each of those who spoke using the same microphone.

Actually the speakers names are in the meeting information and in the transcript, but the tldv ai has no access to it. Whenever I ask for the speaker names in the ai notes, it tries to find them in the spoken text. quite stupid.
