Hello, I am very disappointed with the basic functionality of your system. I cannot understand how it is possible that a system designed primarily for businesses does not have the option of automatically sending invoices. If I had to download invoices from some system for each supplier, I would probably go crazy soon.

Automatic Sending of Invoices by Email

Currently, as an administrator, I have to manually log in to the system every month to download and send the invoices to the respective recipients. Not only is this time consuming, but it also increases the possibility of human error and shipping delays.
Proposal: I request that the option be added within the “Billing Information” section to enter an additional email address where invoices will be automatically sent each month. This functionality should allow:
Email Address Configuration: Allow the user to enter one or more email addresses where invoices will be sent automatically.
Automated Shipping: Generated invoices will be automatically sent to these email addresses each billing cycle without the need for manual intervention.
