Description: In a transcript with multiple speakers, when I rename one speaker (e.g., “Speaker 1” to “Fulano”), then later rename a different instance of that same name (e.g., a second “Fulano” to “Tarangano”), it renames all instances of “Fulano” in the transcript instead of only the one I selected. This makes it impossible to correct a mistaken rename without changing every occurrence.
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open a recording with multiple speakers.
  2. Rename one speaker to a name (e.g., “Fulano”).
  3. Rename a different instance of that same name to something else (e.g., “Tarangano”).
  4. Observe that all instances of the original name change, not just the one you renamed.
