Understand that it is difficult to have speakers named in the transcripts, given there is no data from the meeting invites or recording platforms (e.g., Zoom). However, would it be possible to create an SOP when starting your mobile app recording to denote who each speaker is? e.g., start the meeting with each speaker saying "Hi I'm [name] and this is my voice. Hi I'm [name] and this is my voice. (and so on)". That way it will make meeting summarisation much simple, and give me a compelling reason to recommend your product to my client base.
