before a meeting officially starts somethiomes yu have some inetrnal discussions. These shall not be send to customers hence you need to cut it away before transferring the complete file. Therefore a cutting tool would be required to cut out sequences not required or wanted for transmitting.

It would be great to break a meeting in two.
The subject of the first part of the meeting was an Off-Topic, but I would like to obtain a specific summary for that part. And I wouldn't want the first part to affect the summary of the main part of the meeting, which was the main topic of the meeting, and which doesn't relate to the first issue.
