UX fails

I would like to leave a message for the UX designers of the platform I found a message that said “93 of your recordings are coming up to their 3-month limit” but my plan is pro... I am UX and recordings are really important content for my work. This is a UX error that causes great stress. Being paying and being told that 93 of your recordings are going to be deleted.
In addition, another case that happened to me and that I bring because maybe they haven't relieved it, is that it happened to me before to enter a call with a client who had the free version and the calls were recorded in the user, after 3 months they were deleted. I was on the call and I couldn't record because I didn't leave the app and now I don't have access to those recordings thanks to a BIG flaw in its UX.
