A lot of companies use Discord instead of Slack so the integration would be a good addition to the feature set.

Need a capability to download videos

Being able to search keywords across all of our customer convos would enable invaluable product research abilities for anyone in our company. To clarify, we'd want a search across all transcripts, not just within one recording.

I'd love the ability to chat with my transcript. Ask it questions...have clips suggested based on my question, etc. I'm doing this manually today by copying out my full transcript and processing it with ChatGPT or Claude...but why not build that into the product?

Be able to see who is talking by looking at the transcript

A list of general statements isn't very helpful and that is what the notes basically are. An AI summary of the meeting is more useful because it provides context. Fathom does this really well in their general summary. For example, tl:dv provides something like this: a discussion about conflicts of interest happened. While Fathom's ai summary will state something like this: the group talked about conflicts of interest with respect to Sally's work for the organization. Jess provided advice on how to handle conflicts at a board meeting. I'm in the pro trial right now and pretty sure I'm not missing something. The notes are not super useful and unless they can be more useful I will probably not continue with this product.

The folders seem pretty useless at this point of time. I think it should be a quick fix to add a few multi select options. To begin with, you could copy all the existing multiple select features on the meetings page to within a folder as well.

Edit the transcript by hand to improve it's accuracy in places Optionally with an review-cum-approval process which would be especially useful if the meeting is about discussing terms between two parties
