The current only wat to record meetings I cannot attend is by selecting the preference of joining all meetings, incluidng the ones I don't attend. This is inneficient. The way it could work is by inviting a specific tl;dv email, that way you can select meetings i cannot attend and have tl;dv record them without selecting the preference of joining all meetings.

I am using tl;dv to take notes for meetings and summarize, and plan to use it for all my team meetings. For privacy and storage reasons, it would be great to opt out of recording video, to use only the resources we need.

We have automations that save the file in our CRM, automatically right after ending the meeting

I'm trying to rename the speakers in transcription, but it isn't work. It would be very useful and game changing.

Would you be so kind to add STRUCTURE to the folders? So I'd like to make folder for 1-1 meetings and in that folder make separate folders for each person i communicate in 1-1 and to share htese folderes with different people

I use mine for both external (should auto publish) and internal (should be always private). Our previous provider had the option to set the setting based on the meeting on our calendar. It would save lots of time.

Ability to automatically tag and send recordings to an existing folder would be a nice feature to automatically organize recordings

Currently the video is HUGE, and the space for all of the AI notes is in a narrow panel. No need for this at all - make the video a thumbnail that can expand out at the user's request, and use the screen for the notes - that's what we're all here for.
