As a user that does not have automatic joining enabled for future meetings i would like to invite the tldv note taker via a tldv.io email in google calendar so that the bot will join the future meeting, event if i am not present. Ideally this would be achieved via a switch in the tldv frontend that recognises the future meetings in google calendar and let's me choose manually, individually which ones will be joined by the bot.

Being on the move and in the remote work landscape of today phones are easily accesible I conduct almost all of my calls between my PC and Mobile. It is hindering not being able to start the recording unless i login from the PC, having a mobile integration would work best

We do a lot of our meetings on Slack as well as google meet and cannot currently record slack huddles

After every meeting I ask the AI a few things to help me break down the meeting, like a concise resumed version with titles, timestamps and a short description to make it easy to document the general ideia of the meeting. I also ask the AI to find and then break down the TASKS that would need to be done after whats been discussed and so on... It would be really neat if I could set some prompts to auto run after every meeting, and maybe receive the results of these prompts via e-mail or have them go to a specific place inside tl;dv, since after EVERY meeting I run those 2. There can be a few ways to filter wich meeting will be prompted with those tasks, but simply having the option to turn one or more auto prompts for all meetings would really improve the experience...

Add the ability to add words or phrases to a custom dictionary for transcription

Ability to automatically tag and send recordings to an existing folder would be a nice feature to automatically organize recordings

The folders seem pretty useless at this point of time. I think it should be a quick fix to add a few multi select options. To begin with, you could copy all the existing multiple select features on the meetings page to within a folder as well.

I need to organize clips by e.g. features discussed in an interview. then we can more easily see themes across interviews. This could tie into making reels compiled of clips from multiple interviews.

The current only wat to record meetings I cannot attend is by selecting the preference of joining all meetings, incluidng the ones I don't attend. This is inneficient. The way it could work is by inviting a specific tl;dv email, that way you can select meetings i cannot attend and have tl;dv record them without selecting the preference of joining all meetings.

Integration via Zappier - hard, long and unstable. Doing plz direct integration with Zoom, get zoom-video from zoom cloud store. And send summary and descrtition to Notion.
